Stock: Please note that we are constantly adding new books. If you are interested in a certain book or series, please see our Book Request page. Make sure to include the price range you are looking for.
Book Conditions: Books are given a general rating such as good, fair, new, etc. Should you need a detailed description of a book, please email us. Many times the books are in better condition than the condition listed. Please note that we don't list any books that are in "bad" condition. For example, we will not sell books that are missing pages or covers. We will also not list any books with loose pages or binding.
Book Covers: Many times publishers will release a book multiple times. When they do this, the cover is generally redesigned. So many paperback books will have several cover styles. We will only list one cover style for each book. Should we have more than one copy, we ship the newest release first.
Accepted Payments: We accept all major credit cards. Orders are processed securely through PayPal or Google Checkout, depending on your preference. For customers interested in paying by electronic check, please select the PayPal checkout.
Order Processing: Orders are processed in the order received during normal business hours. We are closed on weekends and major holidays. Transit times do not include order processing time. In the event of an excessive amount of orders, unseen weather difficulties, etc, we reserve the right to take up to two business days after ordering to ship.
Refunds: We follow the policy of many major book retailers and do not accept returns on book purchases.
Shipping: At this time, we only ship through the United States Postal Service (USPS). We offer several shipment options that you can view during the checkout process. Shipping rates are based on your location, the weight of the package, and the type of service you select. We do offer free shipping on orders over $45. Media mail is the cheapest shipment option, but is also the slowest during transit.
When your order ships, you will receive a delivery confirmation number. Please note that these may not update until delivery. Transit times do not include the processing time (see above). If at anytime you have a question regarding the transit of your package, please call 1-800-ASK-USPS and provide the delivery confirmation number.
Although we do accept International Orders, please note that the shipping can be quite high. You can see the available shipping options during checkout for your country, as well as the prices.

Privacy: We take every customers privacy very seriously, and we will never share your name, email, address, or any personal information with any third-party. If at anytime you wish to cancel your account, you can login to your account to remove. Additionally you can send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will be happy to remove your account for you.
